A Chartered Surveyor, nw serving as the Widening Participation Officer at UCEM. Nikki is responsible for implementation & monitoring of our widening participation activities, rolling out outreach activities, disability & wellbeing services, careers services and is a true asset to the growing DiverseCity Surveyors team.

Senior Development Manager and Chartered Surveyor with 12+ years in the industry. Have worked across investment, development and asset management covering feasibility, transaction, planning, design development, procurement & tendering and construction.

Justin Carty MRICS
Vice-Chair
Chartered Surveyor in the Investment Advisory team at CBRE, Justin advises private sector clients including developers, fund managers and pension funds on accessing public sector opportunities with particular regard to securing public funding in the form of grant, debt or equity, affordable housing delivery and joint ventures/strategic partnerships.
He is also the founder of CBRE's Multi-Cultural Network ('MCN'). MCN has recently been re-branded as REACH which stands for Race Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage. He is also a member of CBRE's Diversity Steering Group and lead its Race Taskforce.
Bola Abisogun OBE FRICS

Bola Abisogun OBE FRICS is an Independent Management Consultant, Chartered Surveyor (and Fellow of RICS) and a Chartered Construction Manager. He has successfully delivered £8bn / USD 11bn of Capital Projects during his 26yr career, with a current focus on ConTech and PropTech disruption.
He is a corporate member of a number of professional institutes overseas, including Canada and South Africa and is actively promoting the Surveying profession, whilst nurturing a talent pipeline for future generations, with a focus on emerging markets.
Samuel May MRICS
Head of UK and Global Strategy
Samuel is a registered valuer and an Associate Director at JLL with 8 years experience in the real estate industry across all the main sectors.
He is committed to the sustainable and culturally competent development of the next generation talent pool and is actively engaged in the strategic direction of DiverseCity Surveyors
Karen is currently an Assistant Director within the Development team of Deloitte Real Estate. She has more than 17 years experience in capital projects, development and programme management in the UK. She is a member of the Construction Comittee, British Property Federation and an Assessor of RICS-APC.
