Communicated through a valuable team member on our Teams channel, I am humbled and proud to be a part of this great team of passionate built environment professionals, who are confidently developing a youthful, and emerging business in the Digital Construction space.

Shortlisted by the judges for the Building Awards 2023, in the Construction Consultant / Surveyor of the Year (fewer than 100 staff) category, at BIM Academy we are equipping clients and industry [including academia] with the requisite project deliverables and intellectual capital to ensure better value-based outcomes for society, with a uniquely empathetic approach to the process of delivering digital transformation.

“At BIM Academy we are digital transformation consultants, shaping the built environment’s future. Over the past 12 months, we have made a significant and positive impact on the implementation of digital delivery and operation across the globe.

Since being formed in 2011, we have worked on over 750 projects spanning 24 countries.

Our focus is on using innovative smart processes and digital technologies to enable better information management and a shift toward more data-driven decision-making for our clients.

Digital technology is advancing at an unprecedented pace, and a great influence is smart tech. As part of our service offering, we support clients and industry in the development of smart buildings and infrastructure through better information management, enabling our clients to operate more efficiently. Such actions allow us to combine our digital expertise with our sustainability objectives.

Our approach is one of looking beyond the next deadline to the next decade. The investments we are making in sustainable processes both internally and for client projects, demonstrate our commitment to maintaining environmental viability, with our eyes focused towards the future.

Other significant market influences stem from building safety and modern methods of construction (MMC), both of which are key to the diversification of our service offerings and are drivers for client project success. This is clearly demonstrated in our project outcomes and returning clients for multiple projects…..” Team BIM Academy
